In accordance with the operating concept of “focussing on customers”, CCB has unveiled a new version of internet banking services for corporate customers in a bid to express its appreciation of their continuous support of its internet bank.
Customer experience and practicability have been fully considered in the design of this new version of corporate internet banking services. Thus, with the hauling of the original system, renewal of webpage style, re-configuration of processes and re-packaging of basic business services, customers are presented with an internet bank which is more user-friendly, more convenient and more secured. We wish that this new corporate internet bank will truly serve as a channel with which we can communicate with our customers.
Upgrading hours: From 18:00 to 21:30 hours on August 17th 2007.
