Jun 2013, IFC declares CCB most active Asian HQ Confirming Bank in their Global Trade Facilitation Program for Latin America

In October 2010, CCB NY Senior Management signed an agreement with the International Finance Corporation to allow CCB NY to act as a confirming bank thereby allowing CCB to support bilateral Latin American/Chinese trade while also deepening its knowledge of the Region while taking comfort in the AAA guarantee provided in the form of a Standby L/C issued by the IFC to the benefit of CCB NY. In June 2013, CCB NY positioned itself as the most active Asian bank by ranking no 1 in the IFC produced league table with over $45 million of transactions financed.
