CCB NY issued a commercial real estate loan to Brookfield

China Construction Bank New York Branch, as the Documentation Agent of the Sr. Mortgage Loan, participated in a syndication led by Citigroup that provided $470 million to refinance Brookfield’s Well Fargo Tower in downtown L.A. The facility was bifurcated into a $370MM Senior Mortgage Loan and two subordinated Mezzanine tranches totaling $100MM.
