CCB NY issued a commercial real estate loan to Savanna Real Estate

China Construction Bank New York Branch, as the Joint Book Runner of the Sr. Mortgage Loan, participated in a syndication led by Morgan Stanley that provided $300 million to refinance Savanna Real Estate’s 110 William Street building in downtown NYC. The facility was bifurcated into a $232.3 million Senior Mortgage Loan and two subordinated Mezzanine tranches totaling $67.7 million.
